In this section, we publish useful information and news updates for the subscribers of International Journal of Performability Engineering. Academicians, researchers, managers, executives and interested readers and organizations are encouraged to contribute to this section any useful information, new developments and events that may be of interest to the practitioners of performability by writing to the Editor-in-Chief at: kbmisra@ijpe-online.com. The communications should be very brief (in the form of one-line headlines) and should be substantiated and accompanied with links thereof. The Editor-in-Chief has exclusive right to include or not to include or to edit appropriately any such information so contributed to this section.



A Book Series on Performability Engineering

A Book Series on Performability Engineering has been planned to be published by Scrivener Publishing LLC, USA which has a strategic partnership with John Wiley & Sons whereby they are responsible for all   global print and electronic sales of Scrivener Publishing. The editors of this book Series are Professor Krishna B.Misra, and Professor John D. Andrews, who are the Editors-in-Chief of International Journal of Performability Engineering.

Proposals are invited from the prospective authors to submit their proposals of writing a book in the area of performability engineering, viz, on quality, reliability, maintainability, safety, risk, and sustainability. A format for preparation of the detailed proposal can be had from Prof. Krishna B. Misra (kbmisra@gmail.com) or from Professor John D. Andrews (John.Andrews@nottingham.ac.uk).
