Abstract:The "invariants" in a process are the non-changing parts. In this paper, invariants are exploited in determining the redundancy allocation to optimize system reliability and series MTBF (Mean Time Between Failures). This article demonstrates how recognizing the computational invariants can lead to efficient system assessments.
