A Boolean System for Biochemical Data AnalysisSC IJPE 15Mitchell O. LocksLG Associates, Beverly Hills CA, USAReceived on: September 25, 2008
Abstract:A solution is provided to analyze the results of a series of experiments to demonstrate the effects of combinations of enzyme inputs upon the outputs. It is based upon a Boolean model of the experiments that was published in a textbook on Boolean algebra by another author, to answer certain questions posed by a client biochemist. Because the raw data and the conditions of the experiments are not available to us, the results of the analysis and the answers to the client's questions in this paper, which differ from those of that author, are based solely on his model. Although we use that model so as to compare results, we also po
